They should have teachers on duty bathroom duty. They sit by the bathroom each block and monitor who goes in and how long they stay in. That way they can catch them smoking.
I wish it was that easy Shretta. I had Bathroom Duty a few years ago and tried my hardest, but we can't go in the stall with them and that's where it takes place. You have rights as as student, so when you go in there let them know your opinion about how disrespectful it is. If enough students got behind the smoking issue, I think it could be stopped.
